"Adam Mickiewicz University Law Journal" is available in online and printed versions. The editor declares the online version to be the original one.

Open Access Policy: Journal provides immediate open access (CC BY 4.0 International Licence) to all its content, in accordance with the principle that freely available research increases and accelerates global scientific development and the exchange of knowledge. The editor encourages authors to deposit articles published in the journal (the publisher’s final version) in open repositories, provided that a link to the journal’s webpage and the DOI number of the article are included. Open access articles are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons licence: CC-BY 4.0 International. Authors retains copyright. By submitting a text to the journal, the author also consents to the introduction of the text into AI systems used in databases and repositories that index or disseminate the journal, to the extent resulting from the functionalities of those databases (e.g. searching or summarising the indexed content).
There are no fees for submitting a manuscript to "Adam Mickiewicz University Law Journal", for the editorial process, or for final publication.
Archiving: Preserved for long-term access in the PKP Preservation Network.
Funding: The publication of the journal is financed by the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Adam Mickiewicz University.
Advertising policy: The journal does not publish advertisements.
