Open Access Policy: Journal provides immediate open access (CC BY 4.0 International Licence) to all its content, in accordance with the principle that freely available research increases and accelerates global scientific development and the exchange of knowledge. The editor encourages authors to deposit articles published in the journal (the publisher’s final version) in open repositories, provided that a link to the journal’s webpage and the DOI number of the article are included. Open access articles are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons licence: CC-BY 4.0 International. Authors retains copyright.
There are no fees for submitting an article to "Adam Mickiewicz University Law Journal", for the editorial process, or for final publication.
